SIOPSKOM Application - Angkasa Pura I (Phase 2)

The “Airport Operational Database (AODB)/SIOPSKOM Implementation for Angkasa Pura I” project aimed to centralize and optimize the management of airport operations data across multiple airports. The AODB system serves as the core hub for integrating various operational processes, including flight scheduling, resource allocation, and real-time data tracking. By streamlining these functions, the system improved overall operational efficiency, decision-making, and communication between airport departments. This project significantly enhanced Angkasa Pura 1’s ability to manage complex airport operations, ensuring smoother coordination, improved service quality, and more efficient resource utilization across its managed airports.

I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport - FIDS

The “Development & Implementation of the Flight Information Display System (FIDS) for Ngurah Rai International Airport, Denpasar - Bali” project focused on creating an advanced, real-time display system to manage and present critical flight information across the airport. The FIDS integrated seamlessly with existing airport systems, providing passengers and staff with accurate, up-to-the-minute flight data, including arrivals, departures, gate changes, and delays. This user-friendly system was deployed across multiple terminals and key areas, enhancing the overall passenger experience, streamlining airport operations, and improving the efficiency of information dissemination throughout the airport.

Polonia International Airport Medan - Automatic Announcement System

The “Development & Implementation of the Airport Automatic Announcement System at Polonia Airport Medan” project involved designing, developing, and deploying an automated announcement system to enhance the passenger experience and streamline operations. The system was integrated with the airport’s existing infrastructure, allowing for real-time, multilingual announcements across terminals, improving communication efficiency and minimizing human error. This solution optimized the flow of information for passengers, ensuring timely updates on flight statuses, boarding calls, and safety instructions, all while reducing operational costs and enhancing overall service quality at Polonia Airport.
